The Client explicitly authorizes Prepment to access their Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) account. This access is granted solely to perform logistics services, including but not limited to inventory synchronization, order management, and the generation of shipping labels.
To facilitate fulfillment, Prepment will access Restricted PII (Buyer Names, Shipping Addresses, and Phone Numbers). The Client acknowledges that:
Prepment maintains an industry-standard security posture hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. While Prepment employs rigorous security monitoring (via AWS GuardDuty and CloudTrail), the Client is responsible for maintaining the security of their own Amazon Seller Central credentials.
Both Prepment and the Client agree to abide by the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Data Protection Policy (DPP). Any breach of these policies by the Client that results in the suspension of Prepment’s developer credentials may result in the immediate termination of the Client’s access to the platform.
Prepment shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or fulfillment failures caused by disruptions to the Amazon SP-API service, Amazon Seller Central downtime, or the revocation of API permissions by Amazon.
